One is short and one is long, but both by people who knew Kishi sensei rather well.

I’m going to finish the second one today. They are just amazing. They fully bring back the spirit and atmosphere of the workshops I attended with Kishi in Brighton, UK.
They also remind me of some of Kishi’s sayings.
I remembered many taiso exercises, but not all of them are in your book. I practice gyoki and katsugen almost every day. Some exercises I had forgotten, and some were completely new, so this is really useful material for me. I’m going to incorporate them into my daily routine.
I’m a bit more mature and experienced now than I was in 2008–2010, and your book has given me some deeper understanding of what Kishi showed and said back then (for example, surrender).
So thank you very much again. Your books complement Kishi’s book really, really well.
